Bachelor of Science in Mathematics

The UTSA Department of Mathematics offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, with two concentrations: (1) Mathematics and (2) General Mathematical Studies. The Mathematics concentration prepares students for graduate school in mathematics and for employment in industry, while the General Mathematical Studies concentration prepares students for becoming mathematics teachers and pursuing a graduate degree, typically in mathematics education.
